Cambridge wins AGTA award for best geography resource years 7-10
New Cambridge series provides a valuable contribution to geography teaching with cutting edge production and innovative style
Cambridge University Press is proud to announce that Geography NSW Syllabus for the Australian Curriculum Stage 4 & 5 is the recipient of the 2016 AGTA award for best Geography resource for Years 7-10. The series has been judged by the Australian Geography Teachers Association as worthy of a certificate of commendation having been found to make a valuable contribution to geography teaching, providing a contemporary understanding about how students learn and for its use of cutting edge production and innovative style.
Congratulations to the author team, led by Kate Thompson, who have developed this series into an essential resource to foster curiosity, understanding and respect for the places, environments and people of our world.
